I'm not sure where you get that impression Kiyla, I see more of a community now than in the past. I certainly have met with various guilds, and members, and always seem to have enough to make the events special and populated.

I rarely find RP around in Rift, but I have found some.  Perhaps I'm not looking in all the right areas.  Not sure if you remember me but I played a character in Darkenvane named, Nunitari.  I haven't played much of rift my toon is still 26, but I've only been playing for took weeks.  Lately I've been in closed beta for Neverwinter.
